Configuring the response footer

Getting Started

The footer is the small line appended under AI answers in channels. On the Free plan it credits OnyxBot; on Pro you can replace it with your own line.

Where to set it

Open AI, then Configuration and edit the footer field (10 characters minimum). Reset to Default restores the standard AI disclaimer.

Ideas

  • A disclaimer: "AI-generated. Double-check critical steps."
  • A pointer: "Not solved? Open a ticket in #support."

The footer applies to channel answers. Inside tickets the AI speaks plainly and uses its resolution buttons instead, so conversations stay personal.
