Upgrading
Upgrade from any pricing button or the Billing page. Checkout runs through Stripe, and Pro entitlements apply within a minute of payment.
Payment details and invoices
The Billing page links to the secure Stripe portal for invoices, payment methods, and your billing email. Onyx never sees your card details.
Canceling
Cancel from the Billing page. Your Pro features run to the end of the period you paid for; after that the server returns to the Free plan.
What happens to your data on downgrade
Nothing is deleted on day one, and nothing is ever held hostage:
- Panels and categories beyond the Free limits stop being editable and publishable, but existing tickets and history remain.
- Transcript content older than 30 days is cleaned up on the Free plan; the ticket records and stats remain.
- Reviews, staff, and payroll pages lock, but the underlying history stays and returns intact if you re-upgrade.
- Your knowledge sources remain within the Free limits.
