Everything about your plan lives on the Billing page: upgrading, payment details, invoices, and cancelling. Here is what each one does, and what happens to your data if you move back to Free.
Upgrading
Upgrade from any pricing button or the Billing page. Checkout runs through Stripe, and Pro entitlements apply within a minute of payment.
Payment details and invoices
The Billing page links to the secure Stripe portal for invoices, payment methods, and your billing email. OnyxBot never sees your card details.
Canceling
Cancel from the Billing page. Your Pro features run to the end of the period you paid for; after that the server returns to the Free plan.
What happens to your data on downgrade
Nothing is deleted on day one, and nothing is ever held hostage:
- You keep every panel and category you already built, and they stay editable and publishable. You just cannot add a new one past 1 panel and 5 categories until you upgrade again.
- Transcript content older than 30 days is cleaned up on the Free plan; the ticket records and stats remain.
- Reviews, staff, and payroll pages lock, but the underlying history stays and returns intact if you re-upgrade.
- Every knowledge source you connected stays connected and keeps answering. You just cannot add new ones until you are back under the Free limit of 100.
