Know another server that could use OnyxBot? Share your referral link. When that server adds the bot and gets it working, you both receive $5 of AI usage credit.
Where the link is
Open Billing in the dashboard and find the Refer a server card. It shows your link, https://onyxbot.io/?ref=CODE, with a copy button, and how many servers have signed up through it and how many have been credited. The link is tied to your account, so it is only shown to the account owner.
What counts as a referral
- Someone opens any OnyxBot page through your link. Their browser remembers your code for 90 days.
- They sign in and create their account. Their account is marked as referred by yours.
- Within 90 days of signing up, they add OnyxBot to their server and either publish a ticket panel or connect a knowledge source. That is the activation: a sign-up that never set the bot up earns nothing.
A daily check looks for referred accounts that have activated and credits both sides. Allow up to a day after the activation for the credit to appear; accounts less than an hour old wait for the next check.
What you get
$5 of AI usage credit each, on the account's bonus balance. It shows in the Bonus credits card on the Billing page and is spent before your plan's included usage, across every server on the account. It is usage credit, not cash: it cannot be withdrawn or applied to a subscription.
The limits
- One reward per referred account, ever.
- You cannot refer yourself, and a second account of your own on the same link earns nothing.
- Up to 10 rewards per account, $50 in total. Links keep working after that; they just stop paying.
- Activation is required on their side, within 90 days of their sign-up, and it has to happen on a server that OnyxBot was added to.
If a referral does not show up as credited within a couple of days of the other server publishing a panel or connecting a source, open a ticket with the server's name and we will look.
