Managing knowledge sources

The Knowledge page (under AI) is the home of everything the AI can answer from, in three tabs.

Websites

Add a full site to crawl or individual pages. Each page shows its indexing status; preview exactly what was captured, re-crawl when your docs change, and disable or delete any page.

Files

Upload PDF, Markdown, or plain text. Files are parsed, chunked, and indexed the same way pages are. Free includes 10 MB of storage with 2 MB per file; Pro raises that to 150 MB and 25 MB.

Tickets

Everything the AI has learned from resolved tickets, named by the question it answers. These arrive through the approval queue, so every entry here is something you signed off on. Preview, search, multi-select, and bulk delete work the same as the other tabs.

Good hygiene

  • Prune sources that no longer reflect reality; stale docs produce stale answers.
  • Watch the source counts against your plan limit (100 on Free, 1,500 on Pro).
  • When an answer surprises you, check its cited sources in the conversation view; the fix is usually one outdated page.
