Transcripts and who can see them

Every ticket message is captured as it happens, so every ticket becomes a clean, browser-viewable transcript. No export step, no HTML files to download.

Where you see them

• Tickets, then Transcripts lists every closed ticket, searchable by number, category, or member.
• Click any ticket for the full conversation: member, staff, and AI messages with names and avatars, intake answers, and the event timeline.

Who else can see them

Choose one of two access modes on the Panels page:

• Participants. People who took part in a ticket sign in with Discord to view its transcript. The default: members can always reference their own past tickets, and nobody else's.
• Link. Anyone with the unguessable link can view. Useful for sharing with your team outside Discord.

Either way, the closure DM includes the transcript link, and you can always view everything from the dashboard.

Retention

The Free plan keeps transcript content for 30 days (ticket records and stats stay). Pro keeps transcripts with no time limit.
