When a user asks a question in one of your configured Discord channels, Onyx searches its knowledge base, finds the most relevant content, and generates an answer based on your indexed content in seconds.
Onyx only responds to genuine questions. It automatically filters out greetings, reactions, and other non-question messages — and you're never charged for those filtered messages.
