Downgrading or canceling
You can change your plan or cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Until then, you keep all the features and limits of your current plan.
When the downgrade takes effect:
- Connections and indexed content are preserved. Nothing is deleted. Your indexed data stays intact.
- Plan limits are enforced. If your active connections exceed the lower plan's limit, new indexing runs are paused until you're within limit.
- Channel monitoring is not auto-pruned. If you downgrade to Hobby, existing configured channels are preserved. Hobby limits are enforced when adding channels, so you may need to manually remove channels in Configuration → Support Channels to match the one-channel Hobby limit.
- Custom bot stops responding. Hobby uses the shared Onyx bot. If you were on a paid plan with your own custom bot, it will stop responding after the downgrade. You will need to re-configure the shared bot to keep getting responses.
- Custom instructions and model selection are disabled. These features are not available on Hobby. Your saved settings are retained and will restore if you upgrade again.
Canceling
Canceling works the same way as a downgrade — your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free Hobby plan.
Your data, connections, and configuration are all preserved after cancellation. You can resubscribe at any time.
Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. The new plan's limits and features are available right away, and your billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period.
