Do my credits expire?
Yes — unused usage budget does not carry over between billing cycles. Each cycle starts fresh.
Monthly plans
On a monthly plan, your usage budget resets on the same date each month — the anniversary of when you subscribed. Any unused budget from the previous month is cleared. Your bot resumes responding normally at reset, even if it went quiet near the end of the cycle.
Yearly plans
On a yearly plan, your full annual budget is provisioned upfront when your subscription starts. For example, a yearly Growth plan gives you $720 in total usage budget ($60 × 12) available immediately — you're not limited to $60 per month. Your budget resets on your annual renewal date. Any remaining budget at renewal does not carry over.
Hobby plan
The free Hobby plan resets monthly. You get $1 of usage each month. Unused Hobby credits reset the same way — no rollover.

Your exact reset date and current usage are always visible on Dashboard → Billing.
